NEXTLIFE HUMANITARIAN FOUNDATION is a non-profit making, non-governmental, and non-cultural organization founded in 2019 that came out through divine inspiration/calling into the Ministry of Giving and it became real from an encounter with some internally displaced children and women. Our world today is filled with a high level of injustice and wickedness occasioned by poor leadership creating all kinds of human security challenges in Sub-Saharan Africa. The pathetic nature of this system is witnessed in the unavailability of jobs for the people, poor empowerment mechanisms and strategies, poor access to human capital development facilities, and outright denial of people’s basic rights to survival. It is a situation that demands collective efforts to change the narrative and give hope to the vulnerable members of our society.
As a way of tackling and fighting increasing social vices such as unemployment, Child abuse, high rate of school dropout, Limited access to education for orphans and vulnerable children in the community, limited access to basic health care, and limited access to economic assets by widows, food security, climatic change, livelihood challenges and also the rising rate of HIV infection, sickle cell, hepatitis virus, herpes, and diabetes among others in the society, as such NEXTLIFE has created a platform in which persons facing humanitarian challenges are provided with a chance/opportunity to start up from somewhere through human capacity development such as empowerment scheme, vocational activities/Training, Free Healthcare delivery services, education scholarships, Humanitarian responses and services.
What Make Us Different In Non - Profit Community?
The rural areas of Benue State North Central Nigeria are places were man has been reduced to the worst human treatment in terms of poverty. Tatch houses are the common means of shelter, non availability of portable water, poor roads network, almost absent healthcare delivery system with high level of mortality rate, child abuse and rape are common in these areas. In urban areas, drugs and other substance abuse have dominated the youth population with the government doing almost nothing to reduce this menace.
We came with the intention of bringing succor to our people by training and empowering them, creating awareness in areas they needed to know, partnering with other development managers and government to reduce the suffering of the people. We are sincerely here to make a difference in the life of our people
MIssion
To provide a platform for people are going through untold hardship, pains and rejection most especially victims of natural disasters, communal crises and wars, through rehabilitation and the provision of basic humanitarian needs to them.
Vision
Our vision is to push for a society where human beings and human rights are respected through the availability of basic human needs for all.
Goal
Our is to provide a platform for training and capacity building for the people of Nigeria most especially those who are victims of natural disasters such as flooding, drought, wars, communal clashes, herders/ farmers clashes, accident, bush fire etc. This we hope to achieve through the training and development of such persons in vocational programs and other empowerment schemes based on their needs.
